The site is located in an urban residential low density area in Benidoleig, Alicante (Spain).

The program is divided into two levels: leaving on the ground floor the public area and upstairs the night area. The house articulates its spatial structure  around the central space at double height, which contains the staircase.

The building is a compact volume, with a strong relationship with the plot on the ground floor, while the upper floor, more opaque, seeks more privacy. So the terrace of the master bedroom serves as a filter between the exterior and interior.
