Droder & Miller Law Offices was a 2-Story renovation - 6,500 s.f. total area

Program included a new front lobby, conference room, stairs, private offices, restrooms, and open office

Design solution resolved sloping floor in existing building that rose 12” from front to back formerly used to move beer barrels

Responsible for overall design including:

Architectural infill for existing cast iron façade

Interior Lobby, Conference Room and Stairway

Interior wood molding in the Main Lobby and Conference Room including ceiling treatments

Glass etchings on the Interior and exterior glazing

Custom interior and exterior wood doors with glazing

The exterior color schemes and interior finishes were chosen by the Owner
