I acted as the project manager & designer on this 1400 Square foot remodel of a 1937 bungalow in West Los Angeles. The client wanted to add 100 sq.ft. in the master suite area and wanted to open up the spaces inside and let more light into the home. The client wanted to keep the '30s aesthetic while updating the kitchen, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, windows and all interior finishes and fixtures. I took the project from design development to certificate of occupancy phases.
