The Pepsi arena was designed for the company to generate an iconic building inside the city, the challenge was to create an entire urban complex, and in order to do so new roads had to be designed, or relocated. This elite soccer stadium is fit up to accommodate over 40,000 spectators, designed accordingly to fulfill FIFA regulations, this stadium is fully equipped for TV media and radio, as well as offering V.I.P. areas for FIFA members and elite costumers. The Pepsi complex offers parking, shopping, hotel and its own private soccer school. In order to turn the stadium into an icon, I created a façade based on an architectural component that, allowed light inside the building, and provided natural ventilation.
