The firm’s concept wasn’t use literally; it was chosen to create guidelines throughout the project, so the firms thinking wouldn’t restrict the design. The first floor plan is open space, which allows maximum flexibility. The design contains big openings that allow natural light in and the geometry of the floor plan provides integration of indoor and outdoor space. The second floor plan was designed for the family to spend time together by creating a big living room that opens up into a study in the master bedroom. The materials used in the exterior of the house, clearly define the spaces of the interior.
