The Meridian is a 15,000 SF Mixed-Use Building in the Redevelopment District of the City of Henderson. the building was the first true mixed-use project in the redevelopment of Water Street featuring retail on the first level, offices on the second level and residential appartmnets on the third level.

As the Architect of Record for this project I oversaw every phase of the project form schematic design to end of construction.
