About

My name is Ofra Gelman, and I am an Architect with a Master’s degree from UCLA and 15 years of experience in hospitality, commercial and industrial sectors. I have worked on some of Las Vegas’ largest and projects, including the Bellagio Hotel and Casino, the Mirage Events Center, and City Center. I am LEED accredited, NCARB certified, licensed to practice architecture in the States of California, Nevada, Arizona and Oregon, and eligible for reciprocity in all other States.

During my career I acquired the necessary knowledge and skills required for all phases of the development process, large and small. I worked directly with clients, carefully monitored budgets and schedules, and oversaw the design and construction process to insure implementation of the team’s vision and design objectives.

Since 2004 I’ve been practicing architecture at the highest level of management including positions as a Studio Director and Managing Principal. In these roles I coordinated with the corporate office on marketing strategies and strategic planning.

This past year I have also been teaching architectural drafting (AutoCAD and REVIT) and Construction Management classes (Scheduling & Safety) at ITT Technical Institute.
