The Fenway redevelopment project investigated the Fenway community in search of ways to improve it. This project evaluated the routes within the city and found the paths leading up to and passing by Fenway Park guided people into a large parking lot. The proposed building acts as a way to tie the community together. On the lower levels there are restaurants and shops that the public has access to and on the third and fourth floors, there are apartments for people to rent or live there year round. In addition to this community, a pathway leads people to and from the rail station and the ballpark.
