Our task is to design a storefront on an existing building that would striking and modern that would act as a strong sign for the mini storage business our client maintains. Located near the entrance of the Lincoln Tunnel on 10th Avenue between 38th and 39th Street in New York City, we are looking to capture the attention of commuters as they move through the surrounding area and promote the storage facilities popularity. Further work on this project includes producing storage locker layouts within the upper floors of the building as well as the business office interior.
