Eco Motor Company from Michigan wanted to open a car dealership in Coachella Valley.  They located an existing vacant structure in Rancho Mirage that required minor repairs.  This project was going to need a new canopy, signage, and three car platforms.  The work required to the existing building was interior renovation and exterior repaint.
