Wind screen project between two structures; the Riverside City Hall and Council Chambers open courtyard.  There were many complaints from employees during lunch time and after five pm when walking through that space.  When the wind would pickup speed, that area created a wind tunnel.   This was a fun project because it's not everyday we would encounter a design project this size.
