The County needed a community meeting space for a variety of public meetings to be held in Bermuda Dunes, which had no available facility.  The Redevelopment Agency for the County of Riverside provided the source of funding for this project, giving office space for Riverside County's Code Enforcement, Sheriff's Department, as well as community meeting rooms for the general public.  The scope includes a 2,100 s.f. building with 17 secured parking stalls and landscaping.  The project incorporates solar panels for energy efficiency.
