Crescent Village consists of a 5-building complex, with each building estimating to about 350 units.  The Village has a concept of inner courtyard facilities for the pedestrian scale while still appealing to the street level and contextually blending with the surrounding commercial land-use. Each building is unique in design with a universal theme of Palladian interpretation.

My responsibilities:
Construction administration/draftsman

-Currently working on 1.5 million square feet of construction between buildings 2 and 3.

- Responding to outstanding submittals and RFI’s; coordinating with consultants to review and respond by the required deadlines.

- Preparing bulletins for client design changes due to unforeseen site conditions and on-site construction issues

- Preparing design revision exhibits for the client’s approval
