Addition of a new Orangerie pavilion and reworking the garden between an existing main house and an existing sports complex. The sports complex also had a new entry porch added. The Orangerie is a metal and glass structure with a hot tub inside. The sports complex has a large pool, full size tennis court, bathrooms and gym all indoors. A larger pool is being added to the landscaping just outside the entrance to the sports complex.
This project is currently underway and its total cost is estimated to be over $3 million.
