The MLK Heritage Health Center addition and renovation is to increase access to primary medical,
dental and behavioral health services for Milwaukee’s medically vulnerable population. The  undeveloped northern parcel of the existing medical facility is the site for the addition that will provide an additional 10,194 square feet of finished clinical/office space. Additionally, the renovation of 11,800 square feet of the existing facility will further expand patient access and service delivery capacity. The result will be a 36,931 SF facility.

I have worked on this project throughout the duration of my time at Smith & Smith Associates, Inc. I have made renderings, presentation boards, and charts/diagrams per the client's request. I have worked on this project with the project manager as well as the president of the company in designing and developing this project. Being a healthcare, I have done much research in designing facilities in all aspects of the healthcare department.
