Architect & Project Manager

In charge of store planning, renovations, furniture design & fabrication, and art installations for recognized companies such as Elizabeth Arden, Glamour, Clinique, Del Rio Trade-in, Puerto Rico Supplies, COTY, among others.

• Responsible for all designs in retail furniture & booth, prepare constructions DWG including 3D representations and renderings, and lead fabrication process for completion. Develop As Built DWG set for store planning, renovations and art installations.

• Responsible for presentations of proposals for all clients and negotiate contract details (price, payment terms, materials, etc).

• Managed project end to end process by engaging with clients need within the process including site inspection before and after construction in conjunction with other collaborators (e.g. printing agencies and brand managers).

• Some of the brands I provided services are: OPI, Fame by Lady Gaga, Candy by Prada, DOT by Mark Jacobs, Untold by Elizabeth Arden, La La by Juicy Couture, Pink Friday by Nicki Minaj, United Dreams by United Colors of Benetton, among others.
