A MASTER PLAN SOLUTION WHICH REACTS TO THE CHANGING CONDITIONS OF A MAJOR FLOOD ZONE SITE. WATER TOWERS ARE RECONFIGURED AS MULTI-USE PUBLIC AND PRIVATES SPACES WHICH FLOAT ABOVE THE FLOOD SITES AND FILTER THE WATER FROM BELOW TO A POTABLE STATE. VARIOUS TREES AND PLANTS ARE USED TO REMEDIATE AND SHAPE THE FLOODED LAND. THE PROJECT WORKS AS A MULTILEVEL, MULTI-SYSTEM WHICH IS MEANT EVOLVE OVER TIME AND ALLOW ENGAGEMENT TO A SITE WHICH IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING.
