This design project was for the pool building and trellis gates located at the Maritime at Kiawah Island.      It was completed during the summer of 2008.  The Maritime at Kiawah Island represents the first multi-family residential development on Kiawah Island in nearly 20 years.  The development consists of twenty-four separate condominium units among four separate buildings.

The complex is built under the umbrella of a Maritime forest, taking full advantage of the natural environment with ancient oaks and towering palms shrouding the buildings.  The project includes a private pool, pool house and outdoor kitchen complex that is encircled between the buildings and a neighboring lagoon.
