This design project utilized the double skin of a mixed use project to allow the pedestrian to choose to meander through the rain screen at sidewalk level or not , either way a relationship between the individual and the building is formed. Through this endeavor, skills at parking configuration, facade design, composite construction (concrete and wood), as well as site planning for retail and public space was gained.
