Apartments are located along an active industrial alley providing a direct means of access for loading.  At the ground level access is provided to loading docks for material deliveries while upper level dwelling units receive the shipping containers the artist will alter and use as they see fit.  An open and centrally located work area is intended as a flexible space for work or display of the altered container units.
