An historic 1909 building was renovated to provide 13 luxury units. New penthouse units were added at the roof level. Three town home units were built on the adjacent lot.

Work Completed while employed with Ron Wright & Associates|Architects, P.S. in Seattle, WA

Responsibilities: Contributed to project from design development through construction administration. Responsibilities included design development, coordination, presentation and construction documents, and extensive construction administration under the supervision of the principal architect. Construction administration included weekly site reports, meetings, generating ASIs and RFIs, and coorespondence tracking.
