Camden South Capital is a multi-family unit project.  It is located in the heart of DC across from the Nationals Stadium.  In addition to the units, the Amenities include: rooftop pool, fitness studio, cyber cafe, and billiards lounge.   The clientele are young professionals in there late 20s early 30s looking for a great place to live in the city, and close to work with a good social scene.  The design reflected a space with a balance of art studio pieces with contemporary character pieces.  Photos taken by me of DC and the Nationals Stadium were added to give a more intimate and surreal feeling of having a DC landmark as the next door neighbor.
