1155 Ripley Street is a luxury apartment complex located in downtown Silver Springs, Maryland.  The building exterior and units were designed by Shalom Baranes Associates, while model units and amenity spaces were designed by WDG Interior Architecture.  The project consisted of three parts:  the towns, the flats, and the lofts.  The towns, consists of three stories townhouses that offer private entrances as well as in building access to the amenity spaces.  The flats consists of one and two bedroom apartments that start on the fifth floor and continue up to the 21st floor.  The flats are also where the model units are located.  The lofts will be in a separate building across from the towns and flats and will be loft style luxury apartments.
