Rivers was a unique project, where buyers could purchase either a predetermined unit in the building or purchase an empty, loft like space and work with me to create a custom fit out. The custom designs were priced out for buyers so they could see how different designs, materials, and layouts impacted the total cost of their unit. Sustainable options such as LED lighting, dual flush toilets, cast iron tubs, low VOC paint, and formaldehyde free cabinetry were strategies incorporated into the designs.
