This skyscraper, located just off 5th Avenue, received a full remodel including curtain wall face lift, enclosing a public arcade and redesigning the plazas at each end. Common elevator lobbies, corridors, and restrooms were included in the remodel along with amenities such as roof top terraces and several floors were built out as model office units. Extensive coordination with DCP and the tenants was required, as construction across the 38 floors was phased while the building was still occupied.
