Schematic  and  construction  design  was  completed  for  this  multi-phase, campus improvement plan for one of the top hospitals in St. Louis,  Missouri.    The  site  image  improvements  included  removal of parking, a realignment of the entry experience with new canopy,
specialty pavements, lighting, signage, landscape and 2 water features.  Plans were generated for the base of one of the fountains to emulate the terrazo fl oor pattern of an adjacent demolished building rotunda.  The project was completed on a design-build basis, closely coordinated with architectural and electrical design disciplines.
