Barrio Logan is a low-income neighborhood just southeast of downtown San Diego.  The idea of creating a micro grid inspired me to push that concept into a micro neighborhood.  The new micro neighborhood is separated into two zones: the neighborhood and the park. The park will be created on the rooftops of the structures in the neighborhood and in the empty lots.
