This 8,000 s.f. luxury residence began as a dilapidated ranch house.  We developed three primary schemes, the owner ultimately selecting the most traditional version.  Despite this, the interior is still markedly modern and the exterior reflects a modern interpretation of traditional styles.  The work was completed while employed with CJNA Architects.  I led our project team from design through CD's and served as construction manager for a portion of the project.
