If you love amazing ocean front views, fine restaurants and lounges then you will love the Hilton Sky Lounge. On this project we will be doing some demo work on some existing storefronts, adding in some automated doors from Assa Abloy, Door wi/side lite and Storefronts from ES Windows, a 6' Glass railing from Technoglass and some fire rated doors by SAFTIFIRST. 

This has been an idea for over 12 years now and it's finally going to happen.

The owners were adamant about having 6' glass railings. As most know this isn't normally possible due to the strict Dade/Broward codes. With the assistance of my favorite site specific engineer, Joe Hiller, of Hiller Engineering we were able to accomplish this.
