“After the Architects supplied the homeowners with a 3D rendering, they realized the doors and windows were not large enough to take advantage of the million dollar ocean view,” said Stan Budzinski, owner of Health-Wise Homes. “Panda was the only company able to supply the oversized doors that the homeowners wanted while still meeting the energy and impact codes that the state required.” The incredible views and access to the lush backyard and covered porches truly accomplished the goal the homeowners were after.

The grand room of this stunning home located in the master-planned waterfront community of DeBordieu Colony in Georgetown, SC, was designed to command attention. With its monumental 17-foot-long S.74 Aluminum Wood Clad Folding Door System and curvy transoms, this room surely makes a grandiose statement. On the interior, the matching maple wood complements the furniture and décor providing a sense of warmth and elegance. On the exterior, the powder coated aluminum ensures long-lasting good looks with little to no maintenance. The drainage track system and hardware kit features stainless steel components for increased corrosion resistance in coastal environments.

Panda was able to provide the products pre-finished with an interior stain and wood species that perfectly matched the style of the room interiors. “The match was so good that we used Panda products exclusively in all of the rooms on the ocean side of this grand home.” said Stan. The family room, games room, master bedroom and two guest rooms incorporated Panda’s S.11 Aluminum Wood Clad Lift & Slide systems to open up the interior space and blur the divisions between indoor and outdoor living.
