Once home to a beloved local bike shop, the corner of Wellington and Broadway remained dormant for many years. This Taco Bell brought new life to a space that, at the time had no prospective tenants despite being on a prime corner.

A main feature that I had decided to highlight was to the 2-story storefront on the building's south facade. The existing storefront was removed/replaced, and a portion of the 2nd floor was cut back to bring a large abundance of sunlight into the space - particularly at the restaurant's pick-up counter.
