EXI

MIP is a company that works with the purpose of optimizing the link between profitability and risk, preventing, avoiding, minimizing, mitigating or compensating those factors that may imply danger to the environment and the community. Likewise, it seeks to create and promote the social, cultural, environmental and corporate conditions that facilitate confidence in investment and development in optimal conditions that benefit present and future generations.

There is a strong commitment to renewable energy, which is why the offices designed in Paseo de las Palmas transmit the creative process for the company with fluidity and transparency, with the objective of maintaining efficient communication in each of its processes.

Work + by Serrano +, is committed to innovation in the corporate space, based on communication between leaders and work teams. For this project, the following were taken as starting points: the axes, the structure and the shape of the building as the primary formula that gives importance to open spaces, allowing individual space to re signify itself on the façade with a strong identity based on glass fronts and light, opening the way to the center of the project where the "open space" is located.

EXI reflects the company's identity through the correlation between solid colors, wood and the natural properties of glass where its transparency symbolizes veracity. The spaces have finishes based on apparent slab that provides greater height. Suspended plafonds cradled optimal lighting that gives the user comfort and creates ideal environments for interaction between clients and workers of MIP ADMINISTRACIÓN SC.
