Through an analysis of the international manufacturing and distribution systems, the project looks to provide new models of enterprise with the intent of strengthening the Mexican regional economies along the growing industrial sites.

The new site typology is composed of new multi-scale R&D economies and regional public venues integrated to a new continental rail system. This new organization allows the international maquiladora industry to exist without overpowering the regional labor and economic context.
