A retrofitted carport provides the opportunity to challenge the conservative zoning bi-laws of a mid-city neighborhood in the city of San Diego.

Worked on all aspects of the project starting with the design, construction documentation, and fabrication drawings. I led a team of 2-colleagues thru the construction of the small reading room and managed all project resources and budgets.
