Rather than provide the conventional cookie-cutter urban  apartment building burdened by double loaded corridors and conventional over-priced spaces, the Centre Street Lofts project provides a mixture of 25 unique lofts sharing a large communal courtyard.

Worked on all aspects of the project starting with design, thru construction documentation, permitting, contract negotiation, and finished with detail construction work.
