Site:  The building project was located in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo at the cross streets of Palm and Osos

Project Description:  I was required to create a schematic mass for a building that had multiple occupancies, as well as design a skin system that would operate functionally and efficiently for its eclectic building occupants

Project Details:  After devising many different skin strategies, I developed a self sufficient double skin system that was both innovative and aesthetically pleasing.  Prefabricated components allowed for modern design techniques to be implemented as well as quick and efficient building consruction and assembly
