About

My Name is Ari Anderson.

I love to imagine new stories both through words and music, as well as through architecture.  I believe that by responding to existing contexts, histories, beliefs, or questions, architecture can set the stage for a richer life and provide a framework to create new contexts, new beliefs, and new questions. In this way, architecture helps to create the stories which occur every day.  In this regard I am eager to contribute to the profession of architecture, to the future of our built world, and to the stories which we will not only help to shape, but become active players.

I believe that If something is unknown, it must therefore be interesting.  I love finding questions and learning about new ways to understand the world.  My favorite album is Foxtrot by Genesis, I play both the electric and string bass, and I love to cook.
