My name is Paloma Allende Figueroa and I hold a bachelor’s degree in
Architecture & Design from the Catholic University of Cordoba, Argentina. Since
then, I have clearly determined my career goals and did everything in my power
to achieve them.
I recently finished the Master of Architecture in Collective Housing, a postgraduate program of advanced architecture design in cities and housing presented by Universidad Politécnica of Madrid (UPM) and Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), with teachers of international prestige, such as Anne Lacaton, Alison Brooks, Hrvoje Njirić, Andrea Deplazes, among others.
My professional training is my priority. I had the opportunity to work in Argentina with different architects and all were enriching experiences. Nevertheless, due to the socio-economic crisis, I don’t see a promising future and that is why I went abroad for the Master and now I am looking for new challenges.
