The project was my first assignment as an independent architect. The client was looking to invest in properties, so we built a house for a standard family (married couple with two kids) on a strategic area for sale.
The main concept was to generate privacy, but maintaining a dialogue with the outside. I came up with an idea to harmonize with the circumstances, by means of overlapping plain walls which resulted in private patios. With the white closure, the house can be separated from the overcrowded outside, while sunlight can reach the interior, making the space bright and warm.
