Hi, my name is Regina Troglin. Currently I am starting my BArch program at Woodbury University, and have already completed my associates of science in Architectural Design & Drafting at Glendale Community College. 

Architecture and design has been my passion since high school. I spent 5 years in the US Army on active service pursuing my passion, and since leaving active service have continued it as a hobby and doing freelance designs. 


Self Employed, Trona, CA, Independent Contractor

Design both animated and static graphics for both live broadcasting and social media platforms. Produce, film and edit both video and audio for podcasts and online posted videos on social media platforms, as well live video broadcasting content. Write and review articles for both web based media and print media. Designed, managed and kept running two websites. Published, wrote, and designed the community newspaper for where I live. And lastly, I have done freelance drafting projects for a few clients wanting custom homes.

Clark Pest Control, Redding, CA, Administrative Assistant

Passed both California Branch 2 & 3 licensing exams for general pest control and termite control.

Managed multiple calendars for both the pest and termite departments, scheduled customer services, collected past due receivables, provided remote support to technicians and personnel, responded promptly to customer requests via telephone and email communications, worked with the management team to create and implement sales goals and contests for the technicians and other staff, worked on varying projects for the management team, built and managed databases in microsoft excel, and coordinated three home shows and sales events which led to approximately 20 onsite contract signings for services.

California Parks Department, Pine Grove, CA, Park Aid at Indian Grinding Rock State Historic Park

Scheduled and coordinated school tours with both the teachers and the parks volunteer staff for elementary age children, lead small museum tours, filled out and turn in all required CA Parks Department paperwork for the running of the park pertaining to my job on time, handled assorted types of payments such as cash or cards, answered park visitors questions regarding the park and it's history, opened and closed the museum and park, coordinated boy/girl scout overnight stays, collected camping payments in the campground, coordinated purchasing for the museum gift shop, and organized photo records stored in the back of the museum.

US Army, Fort Carson, CO, US, 21T - Technical Engineering Specialist

Initially trained as a technical engineer doing both manual and CAD drafting, soils and concrete analysis for construction, and site surveying for construction. After graduation from school I worked mainly with AutoCAD drafting, plotting and project management.

I designed, implemented and continually upgraded databases for different departments in both excel and Microsoft Access while deployed and in Garrison. I also worked with peers in creating a more sustainable method of tracking information while deployed for a number of scenarios.

Put together presentations on various subjects throughout my time in service, and presented them to both my peers and superiors.

Deployed to Iraq from 2008 – 2009, Awarded the Army Good Conduct Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and the Army Achievement Medal,
