Design and create solar system drawings, including design of photovoltaic (PV)
or solar thermal systems, including system components for residential and
commercial buildings. Develop electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules,
connection, and diagrams for solar electric systems using AutoCAD and other
software. Perform site-specific engineering analysis or evaluation of energy
efficiency, design plans for solar energy system development, and conduct site
audits.

Hotel Iberostar and Hotel Zona Colonial, Dominican Republic, FREELANCER ARCHITECT
Effectively generated an electrical survey of several resorts and architectural
drawings for a remodeling of Hotel Iberostar in Bavaro of La Romana; created an
architectural survey for a colonial structure and hotel remodeling, including
drawings for Hotel Zona Colonial in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Drove the completion of an electrical survey in less than 30 days for each of
three resorts.
IDESCO, Dominican Republic, JUNIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
Developed and designed architectural, furniture, and structural drawings and
models for multiple major industrial projects, including warehouses, thread
cranes, mezzanines, and factories. Led presentations each week regarding
project progress and design challenges and solutions, including client
communications. Oversaw metallic structure construction during on-site visits.
Developed move plans with space assignments and occupancy plans that are
clearly identified for the current and future occupants of the space.
