structural metal frames from conception through completion on structural
2D and 3D drawings. Worked with productions and developers to solve
manufacturing problems from a design approach. Implemented templates
libraries and layout improvements in AutoCAD.

• Decreased overall cost by developing standardized templates, reducing
design and production error.

Momentum Solar, New Jersey, TT, Solar Energy System Designer

Design and create solar system drawings, including design of photovoltaic (PV)
or solar thermal systems, including system components for residential and
commercial buildings. Develop electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules,
connection, and diagrams for solar electric systems using AutoCAD and other
software. Perform site-specific engineering analysis or evaluation of energy
efficiency, design plans for solar energy system development, and conduct site
audits.

KEY ACHIEVEMENT:
• Successfully met or exceeded goal of completing two to three designs per day.

Hotel Iberostar and Hotel Zona Colonial, Dominican Republic, FREELANCER ARCHITECT

Effectively generated an electrical survey of several resorts and architectural
drawings for a remodeling of Hotel Iberostar in Bavaro of La Romana; created an
architectural survey for a colonial structure and hotel remodeling, including
drawings for Hotel Zona Colonial in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Drove the completion of an electrical survey in less than 30 days for each of
three resorts.

IDESCO, Dominican Republic, JUNIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

Developed and designed architectural, furniture, and structural drawings and
models for multiple major industrial projects, including warehouses, thread
cranes, mezzanines, and factories. Led presentations each week regarding
project progress and design challenges and solutions, including client
communications. Oversaw metallic structure construction during on-site visits.
Developed move plans with space assignments and occupancy plans that are
clearly identified for the current and future occupants of the space.

• Presented and completed 10% of design per week as a consistent and reliable

• Effectively learned new program (Autodesk Inventor) in less than a month as a

ARGIL architects & engineers, Dominican Republic, DRAFTER AND PROCESSOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

Drove design and implementation of multiple residential building projects in
collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works (MoPW). Expedited building
approval process through the development of streamlined designs, including
architectural, sanitary, and electrical designs.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Spearheaded five concurrent projects simultaneously as a key strategic leader
with outstanding time management skills.
• Obtained full approval for a project from the MoPW within three months.
