Served as exterior façade coordinator for my final project at AAI - a new high-profile mixed-use commercial tower on 5th Avenue in Manhattan. Led the building enclosure effort from Design Development phase through Construction Documents phase to Design Assist, featuring a high performance double-skin curtainwall. The project was filed for Zone Green and targeting LEED Platinum.

• Administered project documentations in all phases of design.
• Collaborated with façade and BMU consultants to develop details and specifications for exterior walls.
• Coordinated with engineers for proper integration of structural and MEP systems. Endeavored to safe guard design intent.
• Coordinated with local architect to ensure building, zoning and other local codes were met. Liaised with the design team to maintain balance between design ambition and life/safety/functional requirements.

• A project involved converting portion of a basement of an apartment building into a private fitness center furnished with commercial gym equipment. Another project was a clothing store design furnished with custom millwork.
