Adamson and AAI, New York, NY, US, Architect/ Technical Lead
Currently serving as exterior façade coordinator for a new mixed-use commercial high-rise in Manhattan on 5th Avenue. The project is in Construction Documents phase and going through a design assist process for the exterior enclosure featuring a high performance double-skin curtain wall. The project has been filed for Zone Green and is targeting LEED Platinum.

• Administered project documentations in all phases of design.
• Collaborated with façade and BMU consultants to develop details and specifications for exterior walls.
• Coordinated with engineers for proper integration of structural and MEP systems. Endeavored to safe guard design intent.
• Coordinated with local architect to ensure building, zoning and other local codes were met. Liaised with the design team to maintain balance between design ambition and life/safety/functional requirements.

• Projects include a 350 meter tall office tower in Kunming, a 1,500 foot tall mixed-use tower in Philadelphia.

• Delivered several interior projects in Manhattan single-handedly from conceptual design to contract administration, conducted field survey at inception, coordinated with expeditor to file and pull permits.
• A project involved converting portion of a basement of an apartment building into a private fitness center furnished with commercial gym equipment. Another project was a clothing store design furnished with custom millwork.

• Assisted in the design of a public library, a medical facility, a lab facility, a school addition and an office interior remodel. Conducted a site survey. Acted as tour guide to potential client on a site visit.
