Improved my construction methods and techniques by first tearing down the condemned home, digging into the ground for the foundation, laying the reinforcement bars (rebar), mixing cement, and laying the CMU Blocks (binding them with mortar). Also in charge of designing and implementing the construction of a playground for the children of the house and neighboring homes in the area. Used creativity and
limited resources to turn the project into reality on a demanding time schedule.
