Jeff Kaufman currently serves as chairman of the Plan and Zoning Commission of the Town of Woodbridge, a position he has held for 6 years. Mr. Kaufman was the lead on Woodbridge’s Plan of Conservation and Development, a 10-year plan for the future of the Town. The in-depth analysis included adding mixed-use development areas and high-density areas; as well as developing a more cohesive business district and areas for Town center activities. He also has served on the building committees of the Woodbridge library and the elementary school project, and serves as chair of the just recently completed school building project, a performance-based project. Mr. Kaufman also sits on the Westport Historical Society Board.
