This is Yuchuan Zhang, a recent graduate student with M.Arch degree from UCLA. I believe I possess the necessary skills you are looking for.

With six-year academic training in Nanjing Tech and UCLA, I am equipped with strong theoretical knowledge both in architecture and urban design. The scope of my designs is from a prosthetic, a living pod, an architecture, to a utopian city.  As a student having been through professional training of painting, which I think has a huge impact on my design, I am capable of presenting ideas in a visual way.  

As a graduate of distinction form A.UD, my academic skills have been polished throughout the years. I achieved several national academic honors either at Nanjing Tech or UCLA. I also had an opportunity to exhibit my project addressing future city with revolutionary transportation at FuturizeX in May 2016. Besides these academic practice, the internship at Nanjing Architectural Design & Research Institute Co. Ltd, where I contributed to a number of practical works including designs of a hospital, a school, and a shopping mall located in Nanjing, providing me with a platform to present my idea and skills.

All of these experiences have been constantly challenging my skills in design, 3D modeling (Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper, Cad, Revit, etc), graphic design (Photoshop, AI, ID, Artlantis, Vray, Keyshot, Lumion, etc), and also handcraft (physical model making by cnc milling, laser cut, or 3d printing). Moreover, I believe my international background allows me to investigate certain project from a different angle.

I am eager to work as a designer in a wonderful team from which I am able to acquire self-actualization and create value with my skills. I am sure I will be a positive supplement to your company.
