This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is in a new luxury high-rise building in the heart of a revitalized Harlem neighborhood.  The entire apartment was gutted and new soffits with crown moldings were added which conceal motorized window shades and sheer ripple-fold drapes along the large expanses of south-facing windows.  The kitchen was reconfigured with a dining banquette integrated into the kitchen island which provides seating for the dining area and allows an uninterrupted flow between the kitchen, dining room and living room.  All furniture, textiles and custom cabinetry also designed by Pedro Porro.
