A complete conversion of the existing Walters Junior High School to a Middle School under a Fremont Unified School District Measurement "E" Bond program management contract.  To accommodate the integration of 6th grade students, a two story, 32,000 square foot building classroom addition was provided along with a new drop off and central plaza.  In addition, a complete modernization of the existing campus was provided.
