Remodel/reconstruction of the Garfield High School 1st floor classrooms into a new 6,000 square foot specialized Culinary Arts School classroom/kitchen and the construction of an exterior patio shade structure. Remodel/reconstruction consisted of kitchen spaces, an adjoining classroom, adjoining teacher's office, and HVAC upgrades. Exterior patio shade structure was steel construction with Kal-wal inlay roofing.
